New advanced terrain shading & more

- added advanced terrain drawing (realistic shading, animations, etc.)
- updated most terrain textures
- added clouds and stars reflection on water
- added cloud shadows on the ground
- Android will ask for multimedia access only when importing / exporting saves
- when no world presentation is present, animated water is being shown (start screen)
- added animal selection on world presentation
- fixed player orientation lock during cutscenes
- fixed crash when entering caves sometimes
- fixed flat sun shadows glitch
- small fixes and optimizations
