New advanced terrain shading & more

added advanced terrain drawing (realistic shading, animations, etc.)
updated most terrain textures
added clouds and stars reflection on water
added cloud shadows on the ground
Android will ask for multimedia access only when importing / exporting saves
when no world presentation is present, animated water is being shown (start screen)
added animal selection on world presentation
fixed player orientation lock during cutscenes
fixed crash when entering caves sometimes
fixed flat sun shadows glitch
small fixes and optimizations
